Our Weather on Friday!!!Blizzard in May!!!
This blizzard started on Thursday, May 1st night and did not let up until Friday, May 2nd evening!  Two weeks before that, we had a blizzard every week day afternoon for a week! Since we ship in the afternoons, this stopped everything except in-house mailing. There was so much blowing snow (almost no visibility) and road closures that only one dedicated staff member could make it in, who mailed as much as she could while answering phones alone.

Due to the severe weather last week and during April, we were unable to ship as much as we wanted to.   However, as of May 9th, ALL orders received through April 30th have shipped EXCEPT the orders for: T. Zimkimboy, P. Vino, C. Fryer, L. Hancock, D. Scharf-Landers, C. Ogle, C. Byrne, K. Ellifritt, C. Gomes, E. Ward, M. Dredge, L. Yevgrafova, M. Hodgson, A. Lohr, E. Compton, G.A.M.E, K. Wells, E. Snider, D. Golick, G. Ladi, M. Lavely, C. Ellsworth, D. Jackson, A. Sims, V. Kaiti, E. Curry, N. McEntire, D. Walding, K. Care, L. Adhemar, M. Chinguina, W. Daniels, and back orders for: J. Boon, C. Busby, J. Luff, D. Proffit, Knollcrest Lodge, J. Thomas, R. Waller, C. Ruiz, S. Spicer, E. Fodor, A. Chalusiak, The Flute Shop, L. Harris, and D. Gallentine.    These orders were being held due to product availability problems but will ship by May 16th with estimated delivery during the week of May 19th or sooner.  Orders received on and since April 30th and received by midnight May 11th should ship the same week.  We expect to be FULLY caught up by May 20th.

We need to arrange with these people for alternate payment: F. Alvarez, K. Hammond, and C. Beck.  If you are any of these people, please contact us for payment arrangement per our email to you.  We have been unable to contact you during our available hours for call backs.

IF your order (made by April 30th - and not listed above) was placed by MAIL, PHONE, or FAX and not received by May 16th, please contact us: 1-866-533-8218 (noon to midnight MST) and we will track it or confirm it for you.  Please note that orders sent by First Class Mail will take longer and the US Postal Service requires a wait of one month for delivery before packages can be claimed lost.

7 inch painting hoops are completely sold out AND new hoops cannot be made!   This means that any currently on back order, may be refunded or substituted.  We will be processing refunds on those if we cannot re-source those or substituting, if possible.  Please be patient in the meantime.  We will try to get some for you as soon as possible.  Ten inch Hoops are now in stock again!  And we do have other substitutes available in the meantime.  The C658 Sandpaper Blotters work VERY well, can be cut to size, and cost you less to keep up with.  They are more reusable, can be used with an ordinary clipboard, and work on all fabrics even better by preventing the fabric from wiggling away from the ballpoint tip as you paint.  Alternatively, we can process an immediate refund if you request it.

Spray orders still in refund processing.  We are not able to carry any spray-on fabric paint at this time due to new regulations we must meet here.  We ARE working on that, but may not be able to carry them again until end of September 2008.  Refund confirmations are forthcoming for all outstanding Simply Spray orders (made online) through email from the PayPal cart system.

Unfortunately, we cannot rush shippers once they have your package.  However, we do everything humanly and legally possible to ship your order as soon as possible.  Settlement of your payment is required before shipment.  This includes checks and direct card payments and takes one week or more.

*Small domestic USA orders (under $50 USD) are mailed by First Class mail where possible and all others by US Priority Mail.  International orders go by Air Parcel Post unless Global Priority is more appropriate (under 4 lbs). All US Cameo Orders went out by US Mail (most by Priority) and Simply Spray US orders went out for delivery by Parcel Post.

Phone your order into us (866-533-8218 or 1-402-216-0674 if not in USA or Canada), if you need an exact date for delivery or wish faster delivery and shipping.  We will make every legal effort to get delivery by your deadline, if you let us know when you need it by.

Please note that we try to process and ship every order within one week of receiving the order and within a couple of days of processing order payment, but you still need to allow time for delivery by carriers.  If you do not receive your order within 4 weeks of ordering, please [contact us] so we can check for a lost shipment or apprise you of back-orders and back-ordered items (there is no automated notification system for back-orders at this time).

Most domestic USA orders are shipped by US Mail; with orders over $50 USD going by Priority Mail.  Orders weighing over 7 pounds, go by DHL Ground unless you ask for other shipping.  For these heavier packages, we find that DHL is usually one day quicker than using other carriers, for most of our customers.  Orders for delivery outside of the USA are normally shipped by US Mail Air Parcel Post.
