INTEREST-FREE LAYAWAY TERMS from FPC INTERNATIONAL

During 2006, you may place an order for layaway by phoning our main office at 1-866-533-8218 any day between Noon and Midnight US Mountain Time.

If we agree to place your order on layaway, you will get the layaway withOUT any interest or upfront fees under these conditions:

A. 20% or more of the order total is placed as the initial (down) payment.

B. You agree to make all remaining payments within 6 months or as you agree with us by phone and then do so.  NOTE: No layaways accepted that are more than 6 months in duration and all layaways expire on the 181st day.  All funds in layaways that expire are not refunded unless we agree to do so and are subject to restocking fee(s).  Consideration for refund or layaway extension or change of payment due dates is done by us on an individual basis.   We do offer product exchanges for which account balances can be applied. Good on any merchandise we offer in our catalogs or on our websites, FabricPaint.com, CameoPaints.com, and Patterns2Paint.com and .biz.  Contact us at anytime to change the layaway order.

C. You sign a simple layaway agreement, complete a layaway application, and return or present a signed original copy of it to us with your first payment.  We can fax, mail, or email it to you or you can download and print it from our website from the special URL we send/give you.

If you comply with all actions above, FPC International agrees to:

1. Reserve and hold your order.  Special items are secured for you and prices are frozen.  Price increases will not be applied to orders on layaway.

2. Accept the form or forms of payment we agree to take from you and promptly credit you for each payment.  We can setup your layaway payments on PayPal subscriptions (you can pay any way PayPal accepts that way at any time) or we can accept bank/business/personal checks, money orders, credit or debit Mastercard/Visa, Discover credit card, or escrow on orders over $500.  For escrow, please make your own arrangements with an escrow company.

3. Ship your order promptly upon receipt of the last payment.  All checks must clear first.

4. Make prompt refunds upon your request (during initial 6 months) after the subtraction of our 15% restocking fee.  Consider and work with you on due date change requests.  Upon request, make product exchanges where possible.

Please note that this is NOT a credit or revolving agreement of any kind.  There is NO interest or layaway setup fees.  This is a great way for those on a fixed income to budget a large order, including one-of-a-kind paintables, kits, etc. 

Unless you are setup with PayPal subscriptions, there is no autopay or autobilling.  Making payments on time is YOUR responsibility.  We do not store card numbers so we cannot charge you automatically.  You may phone us to pay with a credit or debit card, but you must do so on each due date.  We highly recommend PayPal subscriptions or using your own bill paying service.

But please note also that it IS already possible to budget build all orders by ordering parts of a larger order into smaller orders that we ship upon each payment. We are trying to be the most flexible and accommodating that we can be to every one of our customers.
